Message TT.net isn't about showing off your car. It isn't about wondering if you can beat an SRT-4. It isn't about posting to an off-topic section to be a post whore. TT.net is about members of the Z32 community coming together to discuss their cars....period. If someone posts up their 1/4 mile times, dyno's, or sound system they're going to get feedback. It may be people saying keep up the good work. It may be people analyzing what they posted. It may also be people challenging others to be creative and safe.

Let's face it, the import scene in general is full of "kids who don't know shit about shit" (to quoth Dennis Leary). It's full of high school drama that most people realize doesn't matter. If you beat someone in a race that doesn't make you a better person. In fact nothing will ever make anyone a better person.....we all suck equally. Features on TT.net like VTD and VTF are awesome because it allows the community to control how the board evolves. Hell vets wear post deleted messages like badges of pride. Anyway, my suggestion is a) stop caring about fitting in on a webboard b) go to 300ZXclub if you want to know how to install lambo doors.
